Keevan R. Howard passed away at his home in Olympia on Feb. 11, 2026. He was 67 years old.

Keevan was born on April 1, 1958, in Aberdeen to his parents Leola J. (Jean) and George J. (Jim) Howard. He lived most of his life in Grays Harbor; Aberdeen, Cosmopolis and Elma.

Keevan was a wonderful son, brother, uncle and friend. He will be greatly missed and remembered for his ability to love deeply, his generosity, and his passion for music as well as his quick wit, his captivating humor, and his contagious laughter.

Keevan is survived by his mother Leola Howard; brothers Jeffrey Howard and Trent (Michelle) Howard; sisters Jimi Van Blaricom and Susan (Chris) Lawler; nephews Justin Howard, Garrett Sherwood, Jordan (Keturah) Sherwood, and Connor Sherwood; nieces Kaycee (Sean) Milam, Makenzi (Dan) Rockwell, Chelsi Howard, Kyli Howard, and Whitney (Graham) Parsons, plus several great-nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Cosmopolis Lions Club, 601 2nd Street, Cosmopolis, Washington. Lunch will be provided.

Donations may be made in Keevan’s memory to the Union Gospel Mission of Grays Harbor.
