Wayne Eugene Arnold

Wayne Eugene Arnold, 88, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2022, in Louisville, Kentucky.
Born in Aberdeen, Washington, he was a graduate of North River High School and Grays Harbor College, both in Washington. He was a U.S. Army veteran, retired from Reynolds Metals Co., a member of Louisville First Church of the Nazarene and a former member of Shively Baptist Church.
Wayne was preceded in death by his son, Michael Wayne Arnold.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Carolyn (Murner) Arnold; daughter, Becky Wells (Mark); granddaughter, Jenna Curry (James); grandson, Logan Wells (Brittany); great-grandchildren: Isaiah, Sadie and Ella Curry; and Leighton and Everett Wells; sister, Eunice Fowler; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
His funeral service will be at 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 12, 2022, at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, Louisville, Kentucky with burial at Resthaven Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Owen Funeral Home.
