Croatian traditions have always been important to her family and she helped keep them alive with her Croatian cooking and baking and putting on large family gatherings. Entertaining was one of her greatest gifts. She will be remembered for her sense of humor, spunkiness and the sparkly hats she so loved to wear, especially to the casino, one of her favorite places to go. Catherine was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and sister and she truly will be missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Lorraine, brother Dave, husband John and son John. She is survived by son Joe (Kelsa), daughters Kathy (Dennis) Long and Sheri (Paul) Stutesman, six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, four sisters and two brothers.
