Jack Henry Stegall, 81, a former Harbor resident, died May 6, 2020, at La Mariposa Care and Rehabilitation Facility in Fairfield, California. An informal graveside service will be held at Wynooche Cemetery on June 19, 2020, at 11 a.m. for family and friends.
