GH Outstanding Teen makes top 10 in state

Kathryn Thomas, Miss Grays Harbor’s Outstanding Teen, placed among the top 10 last weekend at the state pageant in Burien.

She also received the Academic Excellence award.

Several other local young women purchased entrance into the state competition.

Sofia Da Silva, who entered as Miss Pacific Coast’s Outstanding Teen, won the Non-Finalist Top Interview award. Also competing from Grays Harbor were Ellie Winkleman, Shayli Burlingame and Morgan Lamont.

Payton May, Miss Greater Vancouver’s Outstanding Teen, received the state crown.
