Forks capitalized on eight Wildcat errors for a 7-4 victory in the nightcap. Barnum hit a two-run homer in the fourth inning.

State semifinalists last year, the Wildcats are 1-2 against well-regarded 1A opposition thus far.

“We really want to make our schedule better so we can make a run at the state championship,” Ocosta coach Jason Barnum said.
