Lauretta T. “Bowie” Miller, died on January 20, 2012, at Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Aberdeen after a long illness. She was born in Hoquiam on January 14, 1932, to Lauretta (Jensen) and Lloyd Bergstrom.
Lauretta was married on May 1, 1954, to Kenneth D. Miller, of Hoquiam. Ken died on July 26, 2009. She worked in the Hoquiam ITT Rayonier Lab for 40 years.

A celebration of her life will be held at 1:00 p.m., tomorrow, Sunday, February 19, 2012, at the Aberdeen Elks, 1712 South Boone Street.
Cremation arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.
