1923-2012
Alberta Perle Haek of Aberdeen, born in 1923, to Henney and Ann Lee Colvin in Canby Oregon. She married Jack Haek in August of 1941, during WWII.
She is survived by two daughters, Linda Lee and Kathleen Ann; three grandchildren, Vicki, Tina and Tim; three great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren; as well as her stepmother, Dorothy Colvin; one brother, Ward Colvin; and three sisters, Doris, Lucille and Marylin.
Perle loved to travel, her and husband Jack lived & traveled all over the world. She loved to do ceramics, paint pictures and had a passion for flowers.
Perle passed away January 25, 2012, at Montesano Health & Rehabilitation. She was well taken care of while she was there. She enjoyed everyone and loved to be around people.
There will be a memorial service for Perle at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 25, 2012, at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness, 516 E. 1st St, Aberdeen. There will be a potluck get together at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 26, 2012, at the Montesano Moose Hall, 346 Monte Brady Rd.
