Myra Elizabeth Drawski, 66, lifetime Aberdeen resident and housewife, died Monday, Feb. 18, 2019 at Summit Pacific Medical Center in Elma, Washington.

Myra Elizabeth Drawski, 66, lifetime Aberdeen resident and housewife, died Monday, Feb. 18, 2019 at Summit Pacific Medical Center in Elma, Washington.

Myra was born on April 27, 1952 in Aberdeen to Claude Ellis Parker and Milga Helen Kaunisto. She graduated from Weatherwax High School in 1970. She worked at A&W, Aberdeen Ribeye Restaurant in the ’70s and Duffy’s Restaurant in the ’80s as a waitress.

On Feb. 14, 1989, Myra married Michael Drawski in Olympia, Washington. He resides at the family home that was built by her grandfather.

Myra was proud of her Finnish heritage and her Christian faith. She enjoyed shopping and bebopping, traveling the coast, vacations and animals. Myra was willing to help anyone in need and her pride and joy were her children.

Myra is survived by her husband of 30 years, Michael Drawski of Aberdeen; a son, Kyle Stoddard of Aberdeen; two daughters: Stacy (Alan) Delfs of Vancouver, Washignton and Makalen Michaels of Aberdeen; two brothers: Mark Parker of Olympia and Craig (Denise Lariviere) Parker of Sarasota, Florida. A sister, Elizabeth Wood, preceded Myra in death.

There will be a celebration of Myra’s life on Sunday, March 3, at 1 p.m. at the Aberdeen Elks.
