Mercedes Regina Cooper was born to Frank and Ruby Miller Jan. 1, 1936, in Port Townsend, Wash. She passed away Sunday, Nov. 5, 2017, at the family home in Lebam, Wash.

She is survived by her husband Larry Cooper, her sister Rose Spohn (Roy). She was a great mother to her seven children, Debbie Rost (Wayne), Linda Hubly (deceased) (Jim), Loni Munch (Bob), Cheryl Hall (Jeff), Margaret Kump (Dan) and Jim Cooper. She was a loving grandmother to 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of her life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18, 2017, at the Chateau Westport, 710 Handcock, Westport, WA 98595.
