After battling illness, Mary passed away peacefully on Nov. 17, 2017. Mary was born on Sept. 6, 1937, in Kalispell, Mont.

She married the love of her life, Paul A. Gleason on Dec. 1, 1956.

Mary worked as a secretary at Lambs Grays Harbor in Hoquiam, Wash. for 30 years until the company closed in 2004. She then worked at Weyerhaeuser for a short time and had a home-based typing service.

Mary’s biggest joy in life was her children, grandchildren and her family. She also enjoyed crocheting, cooking, playing online games as well as typing.

She is survived by her five children, Cindy (Jim) Bergstrom of Raymond, Gayle (Larry) Spencer of Aberdeen, Craig and Brett of Cosmopolis and Gene of Keiser, Ore.; eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. Mary was preceded in death by her husband Paul in 1992 and her granddaughter Aubrey Bailey in 2003.

She was a very caring person who touched many lives and will be greatly missed.
