Larry Church died on Sunday, Jan. 6, 2019, at the age of 72. He has left behind many fond memories. Family and friends gathered by his side in his final days. He was born Nov. 13, 1946. Larry graduated 1965 from Ocosta High School in Westport, Washington. He was part of the 1965 undefeated football team that is still talked about to this day.

His work history included employment with Ed Berray Painting Company, Clark County Fire District #5, and Public School Employees of WA. After his retirement in 2009 Larry and wife enjoyed traveling, supporting local high school sports, fishing and blackjack tournaments.

Larry is survived by his childhood sweetheart Judi, wife of 53 years, children Mark Church (Seattle), Tanya Craft (Vancouver) his grandsons Alex and Austin Craft both of Vancouver who brought him great joy, and two sisters Sharon (Church) Godfrey and Judy (Church) Vincent both of Grayland, Washington. There are an abundance of brother and sister in laws, nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews, which he loved spending time with. He will miss the oyster feeds, holiday parties and sports/political debates.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date to be announced.
