Jack Parks, born Feb. 1, 1927, in Everett to Harrison and Rose (McArthur) Parks, passed away after a short illness on July 15, 2018, in Aberdeen. He was 91.

He married Marilyn Henson on Nov. 2, 1963, they had two daughters, Phyllis and Cheryl.

Jack worked primarily as a log truck driver in Western Washington and Southeast Alaska.

He is survived by his wife Marilyn and daughter Cheryl at the family home in Aberdeen; by his daughter Phyllis DeVries in Juneau, Alaska; by two granddaughters and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Frank and sister Lela.
