Glenna (Tudie) Rae Hillebrant passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2019, in Middletown, Delaware.

Tudie was born Feb. 22, 1944, in Yakima, Washington, to Glenn and Ella Wilkerson.

On June 1, 1963, Tudie married Jon Hillebrant in Pocatello, Idaho. They later moved to Aberdeen, Washington, where they raised their children, Jon Jr., Traci and Kristie. Jon and Tudie had recently moved to Middletown, Delaware to live with their daughter Traci and her family.

Tudie is survived by her son, Jon Jr. (Diana) of Aberdeen, Washington; daughters Traci (Scott) Stenner of Middletown, Deleware, Kristie (Doug) Thornton of Aberdeen, Washington; six grandchildren Raea and Sophie Hillebrant, Paige King and Ryan Thornton, Michael and Alex Stenner and numerous nieces and nephews.

Tudie is preceded in death by her husband Jon Sr., her parents Glenn and Ella and sisters Betty Pittman and Catherine (Babe) Graham.

Tudie and Jon would spend their spare time doing woodworking crafts together, gardening AND of course she loved cheering on the Seahawks and Mariners!

Tudie worked for Reiners Sporting Goods, Lamb Grays Harbor and found her true enjoyment selling cars for Duane Dewees and Five Star until she retired, Tudie loved meeting people and getting to know them; leaving an impact on their lives. She loved being known as Grandma Tudie to the many neighborhood children both in Washington and Delaware.

In honor of Tudie’s love of animals, the family asks you make donations to PAWS of Aberdeen in lieu of flowers.

Tudie was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many. She will be greatly missed.

A celebration of life for Tudie and Jon will be held March 9, at The Furford Gathering Center, 104 S. Chehalis St., Aberdeen, Washington, from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m.
