William M. Morgan

A potluck and celebration of life for former Grays Harbor resident William Morris Morgan, who died July 30, 2018, in Alva, Oklahoma, at the age of 73, will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, June 23, at the Hoquiam VFW.

He served in the U.S. Army 82nd Airborne Division in 1963, then worked in the North Beach area for the Grays Harbor Sheriff’s Office. After moving to Oklahoma in 2000, he worked as a guard at Diamondback State Prison.

Gary Drake

RAYMOND — Gary A Drake, a South Bend resident, died Friday, June 14, 2019, at the Willapa Harbor Care Center in Raymond. He was 81.

He worked as a heavy equipment operator.

There are no services planned at this time.

Arrangements are by Stoller’s Mortuary in Raymond.
