Lifelong Grays Harbor resident John W. Simons died Monday, March 25, 2019, in Hoquiam. He was 51.

A celebration of his life and potluck will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, April 28, at the Hoquiam Elks Lodge.

Ethel R. Evensen

A potluck celebration for Cosmopolis resident Ethel Rose Evensen, who died April 12, in Aberdeen, will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 28, at Light & Life Community Church in Hoquiam.

Arrangements are by Harrison Family Mortuary.

Joseph Wells

Joseph B. Wells, a resident of Cosmopolis, died Saturday, April 13, 2019, at the family residence in Tokeland. He was 57.

He was an enrolled member of the Nisqually Tribe. He had fought fires, planted trees, dug clams and worked in construction.

A candlelight service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 18, at the Coleman Mortuary Chapel in Hoquiam. An Indian Shaker service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 19, also at the Coleman’s.

Gregory H. Jones

OLYMPIA — Gregory Herbert Joines of Montesano died Sunday, April 14, 2019, at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia. He was 67. A celebration of his life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 27, at Calvary Chapel of Montesano.
