Donna Lee (Petty) Baydek

AUBURN — Donna Lee (Petty) Baydek, a resident of Buckley, died Monday, Dec. 11, 2017, at the Grace House in Auburn. She was 81.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Fern Hill Cemetery in Menlo. A potluck celebration of life will be held immediately following at the Lavinder residence.

Arrangements are in care of Stoller’s Mortuary in Raymond.

Louis “Butch” Wiss

NEMAH — Former Willapa Valley resident Louis H. (Butch) Wiss of Nemah died Friday, Dec. 8, 2017, at home. He was 72.

He fished dungeness crab for over 40 years out of the Willapa and every summer for 20 years gillnetted salmon on the Willapa, Columbia rivers and in Bristol Bay, Alaska.

A celebration of his life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Nemah Community Hall.

Cremation arrangements are in care of Stoller’s Mortuary in Raymond.
