Agnes R. Baginley, age 84, a lifetime resident of Hoquiam, died on Aprill 14, 2018, at Grays Harbor Health & Rehabilitation Center in Aberdeen.

Agnes R. Baginley, age 84, a lifetime resident of Hoquiam, died on April 14, 2018, at Grays Harbor Health & Rehabilitation Center in Aberdeen. Agnes was born on April 11, 1934, in Hoquiam to John A. and Mary Margaret (Albom) Baginley. She was raised in Hoquiam and graduated from Hoquiam High School in 1952.

In August of 1952, she began working at Peoples Bank. The bank was later acquired by US Bank. Agnes retired in 1994 after 42 years with the bank.

She had been a member of the Aberdeen Eagles, the Henry L. Robb VFW Auxiliary Post 1135, where she had served as treasurer for many years, and Our Lady of Good Help Catholic Church, where she served with Altar Society.

Following a stroke in 2015, she had been in the care of Grays Harbor Health & Rehabilitation Center. The family would extend their thanks to Dr. Troeh and the staff for their care of Agnes.

Surviving relatives include her brother and sister-in-law, John and Rose Baginley of Bellevue, a niece Kathleen Ann and her husband Scott Parker of Anchorage, and a nephew Johnny Baginley of Redmond. In addition to her parents, a nephew Thomas James Baginley died previously.

A recitation of the Rosary will be at 7 p.m. on Monday, April 23, 2018, at the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

The Funeral Mass will be at noon on Tuesday, April 24, 2018, at Our Lady of Good Help Catholic Church, 201 L Street, Hoquiam.

Interment will be at Hoquiam’s Sunset Memorial Park.

Arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.
