Mid-’70s Ocosta grads celebrating 40-ish reunion

Did you graduate from Ocosta High School in the mid-1970s?

If so, you are invited to the “40-ish Class Reunion” set for the weekend of Aug. 17.

Graduates from the years 1974-1978 will meet at the Cranberry Road Winery between 5 and 9 p.m. Friday, Aug. 17. On Saturday, individual classes will tour the lighthouse, check out the tsunami evacuation platform that sits atop the school and stroll along the marina and take in the Westport Art Festival.

At 5 p.m. classmates are invited back to the Cranberry Road Winery for a social hour followed by a fresh albacore dinner and dancing to the music of the ’70s.

Breakfast will be served from 9 to 11 a.m. Sunday at the Westport VFW, followed by a visit to the Westport Winery from noon to 3 to play chip and putt golf, taste some wine, or visit the sculpture garden, bakery and gift shop.
