The Heron Street Bridge in Aberdeen will be closed intermittently during daylight hours July 8-11 for routine inspection of the bridge’s mechanical and electrical components, according to the State Department of Transportation.

Drivers may see up to four closures per day, and each closure may be up to 15 minutes at a time, between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday-Thursday.

In the event of severe weather conditions, the inspection could be rescheduled.
