The Grays Harbor College Fish Lab will present research assistants’ summer projects to the public Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. in room 4141 of the Schermer Building.

Fish biologist Curt Holt will discuss his work and career with the State Department of Fish and Wildlife to begin the event, according to biology instructor Amanda Lyn Gunn. Following his talk will be interactive poster presentations of the current research being done on the Chehalis River basin.

“These projects are focused on various aspects of the Chehalis River basin, ranging from K-12 education tools to analysis of stream health,” said Gunn.

The event is free and is sponsored by the Rose Foundation for Communities and the Environment.
