The vote recount is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. on Thursday to determine who runs against Jim Walsh of Aberdeen, a Republican, in the General Election on Nov. 8 for District 19, Representative Position 1 in the state Legislature.

Elections officials in Grays Harbor, Pacific, Lewis, Cowlitz and Wahkiakum counties will see if Teresa Purcell’s lead of about 50 votes against Incumbent Rep. JD Rossetti holds from the Aug. 2 primary.
