County Fair enters its final two days

Taitum Tyler of Montesano struggles a little early on the Goliath super slide Friday at the Grays Harbor County Fair in Elma, but she was able to regain control and make it unscathed to the bottom. The fair continues today and Sunday. Hours today are 10 a.m. until 11 p.m. Sunday’s hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with free admission from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday’s attendance (opening day) of the Grays Harbor County Fairgrounds was 10,254, while Thursday saw 10,124 come through the gates. The two-day total was down just 510 fair-goers from last year’s record turnout.
