University of Oregon a cappella group set to perform in Raymond on Jan. 21

The male student a cappella group will feature a range of song genres and dancing

A capella music is coming to Raymond next week, as the University of Oregon’s On the Rocks male singing group will be performing Jan. 21 at the Raymond Theatre as part of its Sunday Afternoon Live series. On the Rocks consists of 13 male singers from the school, and touts a wide variety of genres such as jazz, contemporary, traditional music and original compositions. They are an internationally known a cappella group, have been featured on NBC’s The Sing Off, and have performed with other artists such as Boyz 2 Men.

The show will begin at 2 p.m., and tickets are $15 at the door or $12 in advance from the Raymond Theatre. Tickets can also be bought at Raymond Pharmacy and South Bend Pharmacy. For additional ticket information, please call 360-875-5207.
