Third annual dinner to benefit Coastal Harvest

Seabrook Town Hall will host its third annual Harvest by the Sea dinner on Friday from 6 to 9 p.m.

The event benefits Coastal Harvest, a Hoquiam-based nonprofit that delivers supplies to food banks across Southwest Washington.

The evening will start with a cocktail hour featuring a performance by local singer Ericka Corban. “Steam Donkey Brewing and GH Wine Sellars will be hosting beer and wine pairings for the evening,” said Angela Burton, executive director of Coastal Harvest.

Dinner will be served at 7 p.m., catered by Seabrook’s Mill 109 restaurant. On the menu are squash bisque; local halibut topped with vanilla rum butter; spiced cauliflower mash; and crispy kale and spinach.

A dessert auction will follow, with a variety of cakes, cupcakes, pies and other treats baked for the occasion by Cake Cakes in Aberdeen.

“This year the event was all about the details,” said Burton. “We have wonderful partnerships with our sponsors and vendors, providing an extra special evening for our guests.”

Dinner tickets are available for $75. For $100, VIP tickets allow semi-private balcony seating, priority plating and personalized table service.
