Adoptable Pet: Cher

Cher and Sonny came in to PAWS together. Cher arrived in a family way, and there’s talk papa would’ve shot Sonny if he knew what he’d done. Unfortunately, Cher’s pups didn’t make it. The effects of time and shelter life have since seen them grow apart; however, the beat goes on and Cher believes in life after love.

Cher is a young pit bull-boxer mix. “Half breed” … that’s all she’s ever heard. Cher, unlike her namesake, is a bit timid at first. She likes people, though prefers a quiet home. She gets along with other dogs.

She isn’t doing a show in Vegas, but she will be playing all week at PAWS of Grays Harbor, 800 W. First St., Aberdeen. They are open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Thursdays from 2 to 6 p.m. You can also visit PAWS online at www.pawsgh.org, find them on Facebook or call 360-533-1141.
