Adoptable Dogs: Gabby and Buffy

These two female Rottie mixes are desperate for a new place to call their own.

Gabby and Buffy are big dogs (80 to 90 pounds each), but they don’t ask for much: Food. Water. Love. And maybe a really soft couch, big enough for the two of them. These two female Rottie mixes grew up around kids and love them. They’re also great with other dogs.

Buffy (at right) is 9 and the biggest love bug you’ll ever meet. She’s very calm and would be happy lying outside on a covered porch watching the world go by.

Gabby (above) is 5 and has been with Buffy since she was a puppy. She got her name because she’s a talker. She would play all day if she could, but would be just as happy hanging with you in your house, just taking it easy.

Their person died suddenly, and they are very lonely. We would really like to find one home for both of them, or at least a foster who could take them both until we find them a new couch to call their own. If you’re interested, please contact Mary Mast at 360-942-5153 or mizerello@aol.com.

HAVA House is located at 431 Second St. in Raymond. Hours are Wednesdays from 3 to 6 p.m., and first and third Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
