Admires anti-oil stance

Commissioner Frank Gordon is our best hope to stop the constant train wreck politics that has surrounded the commissioner’s office since 2014.

I admire Commissioner Gordon’s stance on no crude oil and refineries even though Grays Harbor is in desperate need of family wage employment. We as a community are still trying to restore waterways and fish habitat that was destroyed by prior years of ecological contamination and poor land use practices.

Just think how many years we would be set back in these efforts if there was an oil spill.

Commissioner Gordon’s focus has been to look at his job as a commissioner from a holistic point of view always concentrating his work on the complex issues facing our entire community rather on just Aberdeen, Hoquiam and Cosmopolis. His commitment to partnerships throughout Grays Harbor speaks to his passion and commitment to Grays Harbor County where he has always lived, raised a family and has been a business owner.

Frank Gordon is not new to this area and is not going anywhere.

A vote for Frank Gordon is a vote against special interest groups and projects. A vote for Frank Gordon is standing up and telling the community that when you are pointing the finger at someone there are three other fingers pointing back at you.

Most of all, a vote for Frank Gordon is stating emphatically that the citizens of Grays Harbor no longer want business as usual. We want action instead of rhetoric.
