Phelps endorses Maki

It has been my wonderful privilege, honor and joy to serve on our Aberdeen City Council for the past 20 years. As my life moves on, I feel it is time for me to step aside for a new person with courage, responsibility and insightful thinking. I therefore encourage our citizens in the next election to select John Maki to join the council representing Ward 2.

Through dedication to our community, and his foresight, we can trust his leadership to meet the challenges of the future.

I wish to thank everyone for the generous support and kindness given me all these years.
